The headquarters for Rainy Mesa Ranch is centrally located within the USFS Negrito Yeguas Allotment which consists of 54,088+/- acres.   • The Range Rider Cabin is a log A-frame three bedroom, two bath home located above the creek on an open grassy mesa with sweeping mountain views.  A large bunk house is situated at this location and includes a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area, and bathroom; with a large open area upstairs that sleeps 6 plus people.  The bunkhouse also includes tack and feed rooms, horse corrals and also a round pen. 
  • Orchard cabin is a two bedroom, two bath log home located in a secluded canyon setting on the far north side of the ranch that over looks the Negrito Creek below and towering canyon walls. There is a run in shed with a fenced-in area for horses

The Rainy Mesa Ranch is currently stocked with cattle, and the headquarters, fences, roads, and rangeland are in good condition.  From Reserve the ranch has 24 miles of paved access and 3 miles of gravel USFS roads and 5 miles of gravel county road to the headquarters. While portions of the ranch can be accessed by truck or ATV, the ranch is predominantly a horseback ranch.  The Rainy Mesa is being offered turnkey with 300 head of cattle and a full complement of equipment to operate the ranch including backhoe, trucks, trailers, generators, welder, fuel storage tanks and all the necessary tools and supplies to run an efficient outfit.  In addition to a being a great cattle ranch, this would make an excellent hunting/outfitters ranch or just your own little slice of heaven!
